Alliance Members enjoy access to experienced and knowledgeable registered nurses who can help you with general health advice and answer questions about medications. If you have a medical concern when your physician is not available, help and advice is only a telephone call away.

• 24-hour toll-free access to medical information and registered nurses

• Experienced nurses who have, on the average, 10-15 years of clinical, hands-on experience in an emergency room or trauma center

• Access to a 2,200 topic medical audio library. When you are connected to one of the nurses, you may request information on a specific medical topic. The nurse will then transfer you to our medical library and the topic you are interested in. At the conclusion of the audio topic, you are referred back to the nurse and may request the information be sent to you via mail or fax.

In life-threatening emergencies, call 911 or local fire/police department if 911 is unavailable in your area, go directly to the nearest hospital emergency room.
